Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened journals. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, as long as the journal is unused and unopened, with the shrink wrap intact and in its original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Already opened your journal? You may still be covered by The Her Next Era Promise: use it for 90 days and if nothing genuinely shifts, we will refund you in full and you keep the journal. See The 90-Day Promise for how it works.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will replace it right away.
