Her Next Era was created by Jenny Meinen, a German Psychologist and women’s empowerment coach who believes that self growth becomes life changing when it’s consistent, compassionate, and rooted in emotional awareness. Her work blends evidence-based practices with intuitive tools to help women build self trust, clarity, and confidence in their everyday lives. Her intention was to create a journal that feels like guidance, not pressure. A companion, not a checklist. A space where women can meet themselves honestly, honor their pace, and grow into the version of themselves they’ve always known was possible.
